Okay, so I am positive that I am Empathic and I also know that it is steadily growing stronger. I would like some tips on controling it. I don't want to completly cut it off, but I do need to block it a bit, at least when I don't need it. I would also love to learn some exercises to strengthen it in other areas.
Oh, also, is this normal? When in large crowds I get swarmed with a hundred emotions. It gets so bad to the point where I am physically ill. I get an extreme headache, and, when bad enough, my stomache aches. I've also had my limbs ache. I know it wasn't anything else, because when I got out of the crowd, it went away.
