Lark I don't know about American Christians but in Europe or at least in my country pentagram isn't considered evil or a threat.

And thank you for your info on the pentagram. Though I'll take it into serious consideration when I have a more legit resource, other than internet. It's not that I don't trust your resources but everything can be written on the web, please understand me.

Anyhow I find all the 1 point up/2 points up pentagram a complete nonsense created during the Templar trial.

On this site I found some errors in various information.

On this site I find a legit info about the masons and all the graves but still there isn't a proof of the wounds and the pentagram.

Pentagram is with no doubt an ancient and a powerful magickal symbol used by many over the centuries.

I don't see what's so hard to understand about the whole 5 wounds of christ thing. 2 wounds in the wrist, 2 in the feet, and one in the side. 5 points, and it was said to be a protective symbol, the Reverend of my grandmothers church even agreed that this was true, that they are supposed to teach it in the schools in order to obtain a reverendship. Considering you are so knowledgable on the "illuminati" and the templars, you should know that the catholic church has hidden many things from people, so I can't see why this is so hard to understand or believe, or is it just me?

Isn't the human body a pentacle as well?

I remember the famous picture of the naked man, arms out stretched with the circle around him. 5 points as well, head, feet and hands.

I thought I read about this somewhere a while ago...or I could have made it up. I honestly can't be sure as to which at this moment. lol

it is said that the pentacle/pentagram is a representation of the human body/ human condition. The reason i put it this way is because we are all made up of the five elements, and we are in the eternal cycle of constantly moving forward in the universe. You can read a bit about this is the wicca section.

Silver the thing is wounds of Jesus are something different. There are 5 of them and you mentioned only 3.

1. Hands
2. Feet
3. Head
4. Back
5. Heart (left side)

Now you can create a 3D image and it doesn't actually show a 5 pointed star.

Why did you write "illuminati"?

I really hate double posting.

Nevermore I believe you're talking about Da Vinci's drawing of a "perfect man".

to be honest i write "illuminati" because the TRUE Illuminati won't tell you who they are unless you are classified as "privilaged" no offense to you or anyone on this site who think they illuminati or think they know someone who is part of their elite group, but you won't truly know unless you are one and if I'm not mistaken, you are sworn to secrecy and aren't allowed to tell anyone anyways.

as for the jesus thing I actually did name 5, it was just broken down to be a little simpler, though I do like your wound description a little better. Either way you look at it though, because Jesus was a man, and the wounds were across the body, you can still place them as points of a star. fire, earth, air, water and spirit, aren't exactly dubbed out on the human body either, but they are still represented by the pentacle. It's just a way to represent an abstract thought form into something that is simpler and easier to understand (and that kids is an Allegory)

The pentacle is also symbolic of the "5-fold kiss" right? Or is it the other way around?
