How about telling some like the police or maybe someone you really trust. Your able to do this with your own power, you don't need magick for this. You have a voice, don't you?
Okay to everyone, banishing isnt bad. In fact most say to banish a person before binding them and binding does invade free will! Banishing is just gently removing them from you. A banishing spell that I did, when a woman was harassing me,
1 black candle
A Bible turned to Psalm 94
banish oil or olive oil
Carve the Divine names eel kanno taf into the candle and concentrate on the person and read the psalm. Let the candle burn for five minutes as you meditate upon the person.
Snuff it out and light it every night for 9 days.
I do a binding spell that is not negative and wishes the person no harm.
You can do it in a circle or not, i have tried it both ways and it has worked.
I dont use any tools for this, just concentration and visualization.
Make yourself relaxed and comfortable,
Light some incense or a cnadle if it helps you concentrate, but you dont have to.
Breathe deep and visualize the person and the problem, but from a detached point of view. Dont think angry or negative about the person, just objectively at what is going on.
When you feel you are ready to start:
Visualize yourself wrapping the person up like a mummy.
Then viusualize yourself putting the person into a grave. (you are not wishing them dead. You are wishing their hurtful or harmful action dead. As they lay in the grave, say aloud to them that you wish them no harm, and they are doing something that is hurtful or harmful. Tell them in detail what the problem is and how it affects you. Dont get uber-emotional, just state it matter-of-factly. When you are done speakaing about the problem, visualize yourself tossin dirt over the grave, and say out loud for the problem to be banished.
when you are done and you feel they have "heard" you, surround the grave with a white light and wish them love and luck for a happy long life.
Done.
I started doing this when i needed a poppet but didnt have one or any material to make one, and it works awesomely.
You are not wishing them dead by burying them, you are wishing the problem they have given you dead.
Soemtimes afterwards i feel yucky energy sticking to me, but i burn some sage and lavender if that happens and hold my rose quartz and that goes away.
I have a guy named Chris who's been harassing me for four years too! But I don't deal with him in spells, I deal with him without spells! Report him! LOL, last Monday when Chris was insulting me in the lunch room, I went to my teacher and told her about it. She told me to just ignore him. When Chris was coming with a lollipop in his mouth, my teacher pointed at him and said ''Ew, get away from me! I don't want your germs!'' The principle was with us and then he said ''Eww, your cloths are so dirty! I don't want to get sick!''

And he just walked away looking ticked off. XD I mean, it's been four years since he's been harassing you. Do you feel hurt or irritated? Chris has been calling me names for years and it doesn't even hurt my feelings anymore, but it does irritate me because then at times I can't do my schoolwork! You shouldn't feel hurt since he's been making fun of you for four years. I don't feel hurt anymore.
i used a you make me sick, i want you out of my sight and out of this county during school hours spells its binding and a banishing.
havent seen the dude in 3 years. only possibly way to break is if somebody says the dude full name.
Hehe, I think you're right about binding as going against free will. I didn't exactly know how binding worked, and I performed the spell against a certain "hater" last year.
This year, she's been nothing but nice to me, even inviting me to her birthday party and acting like we're best friends and crap. It's pretty funny. xD
i know most of u arent wiccan (im not) but if u do something bad it comes out 3x worse its a saying from wiccans 3 fold law :) pherhaps think of that when he is doing it tell a teacher tell ur parents just tell someone he is bullying dont ignore it tell!
thats a wiccan concept. i adhere to a version of the 3 fold law destiny. mine did not harm anybody and had the added bonus of helping others. karmicly i was safe
