im having trouble sleeping at night and i already sleep about 12 hours a day and its slowly increasing everyday. I need advice on how to get to sleep easily and not end up staying up alnight for i will get yelled at again.

i sleep 4 hours a night for me the trick is to ahve faster metabolism and body control to lower ur brain waves and body tempeture relly cool rooms help

Knightshade: i have a low metabolism and my room is the coldest and darkest in the whole house and i have a lower than normal body temp.

Melatonin it's over the counter and it's totally natural. You body produces it to make you sleep.

try looking around for lavener growing wild, failing that as u are a minor try meditating about 15 mins b4 ur ready to sleep it will help u to relax

lavender doesnt grow were i live, i try meditating but i can only sleep for an hour or two then im up again and i cant go back to sleep.

When you go to sleep? Go to sleep at 09:00 - 09:30 o'clock.
Cuz after 10 o'clock Your body cant sleep very well.

i dont go to sleep anytime before nine because thats when we eat dinner. on school days im up til 12:oo am and weekends is when ever im tired.
