so im trying to hear my element and i feel like im deaf or i just cant feel anything...and i know it will take pretty long, but im just not one of those ppl who are the meditating type..how do u think this will work? thnk you :)

try standing in each of the elements and try to focus on that element, which ever one you feel most comfortable in or whichever one calls to you the most will most likely be your element
