You all will have heard by now or hopefully that your energy plays a vital part in spell casting, this is true. However the use of your energy can be taken further into spell castings and energy work.
Now when i say energy work it falls under the term Psionics meaning the study and/or practice of using the mind to induce paranormal phenomena. This can also fall under the catergories of Kenisis
Telepathy and the use of psi shields and balls.
When getting into psionics you have to realise it is not going to come straight away a lot of dedication has to go into it meaning never giving up or losing faith. If you are unable to keep at something for a long period of time then i suggest psionics is not for you. However when you are able to use your energy in certain ways for example telekenisis - the ability to move objects with one's mind (energy) then everything after that becomes easier, not in the sense it will come to you it just means you know how it works and what amount of focus is needed.
Now to get back into spellcasting, spellcasting is the art of using one's energy amongst other things to cause an effect in order to make something happen. However this is basically sending out your energy in random ways to cause an effect which might work and might not. But with the knowledge of psionics the practioner is able to have a greater efect of the energy being sent out abling them to manipulate the energy to make the effect more straight forward, but to do this you have to know what effect you want to happen and how to make it happen.
Psionics when taken further leads into a topic called Direct Magick which is self explanatory it means your energy taking full control of what is happening allowing you full control to cause effects and make your spells work all of the time. But this requires great amount of energy leveles and concentration in order to perform, most cases of practioners using Direct Magick have started off from Psionics and learning, researching and practicing the use of psionics to such a degree they know what effects causes what and how to make thier energy cause great effects in the smallest of amounts.
Now in order to get you started on psionics if you are interested i will be adding a few exercises into the ritual pages, this wont be for awhile as i am in the process of College work amongst other things but they will be there in time.
