lmao, I never thought of that either, but I think the reasoning for it is to keep it from being stolen. I can imagine that selling for allot of money on e-bay.

Lol yeah I think its also to protect it from grubby fingers lol, I dont think the thief would try to sell it on eBay tho, they might as well go to the FBI and say I stole the constitution lol

Not necessarily. C4 is controllable enough that you can use it to break a lock without damaging the surrounding area or items.

Yeah. You know, some military personal use it for cooking with too. It only goes boom if it's set up right, otherwise it just burns.
