again, depends on the level of the meditation...and what color you already have. if the color you want to change it to is similar to what you posses, it will go quickly... five minutes of really really good meditation is better than 15 of crappy meditation.... at least that's what I think...

A spell would take aproximitly 15 to 30 mn depending on how much energy you use
