how to unbind yourself

does anyone know how a persons powers have been binded can undo it? ive had it doen by a freind before, but in a few days i was blocked again.

Old Vlaah folk have the spell in which you take the apple and your hair, eat the apple and tie its remnants with the hair and leave it under a tree that bears no fruits that humans can eat. It is supposed to remove any bad influence vvia someone elses magic or from your own bad thoughts.
