WARNING ABOUT HERBAL USAGE

Please read before using the herbal remedies.

Due to a lot of medical conditions please be aware of the side affects and usage of all these herbs

Kava Kava Root - Keep this dosage to 2 days a week. It can damage your liver if overdosed. It can also act as an aphrodisiac along with hallucinations. This can also be used for Astral Work as it’s a muscle relaxant.

Cramp Bark - Do not use if taking Blood thinners! If using the Cramp Bark Berry, please cook these before using. These Berries are potentially poisonous to the digestive system.

FeverFew - The flowers of the Feverfew act as a laxative and should be used sparingly. The leaves can burn the soft tissue of the mouth, use with caution.

Hops - TOXIC consequences as especially noted in hops pickers fever, sleeplessness, excitability, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, feeling of heaviness, no appetite. NEVER use in cases where depression is indicated as hops would further depress the highest nervous functions. Also the plants can cause contact dermatitis in susceptible persons.

Catnip - DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT

Raspberry Leaf - May cause a rash around the waist of your torso, so use sparingly, keep it to one usage a day.

Corn Silk - Do not use continuously, use for 10 days maximum, then 5 days without. Keep to 1 dose a day.

Passion Flower - Do not use in high quantities if pregnant.
