At 14, just stay active and eat healthy. 14 year olds don't need to diet or have a strict fitness regimen unless they are clinically obese.

I suggest a low fat diet that is high in fruits, veggies, and carbs. As for exercise I recommend something you find fun to do. Make sure you stretch before and after any exercise this will help with flexibility. If you want something you can do at home that burns calories, strengthens muscle, and increases flexibility try Yoga. I have done all types of exercise but Yoga is my favorite. I have been doing it for over ten years now and I must say it is one thing I wish I had started sooner. There is magic and wisdom to be found in the sun breath and happiness in the shoulder stance.

I agree with what everyone else has said here.
Swimming is a good way to exercise as well as yoga.

A 14 year old who is 6 feet tall requires more nutrients than the average 14 year old. My man was 6 feet at 14, and had to eat more protein, more dairy and more fruits and veggies and more carbs because his metabolism was higher due to the growth (and your system needs more energy to pump blood through a body that may be slightly larger than what your heart has grown to do).

If you're worried about your weight (which I'm curious what it is), then a nutritionist is your best bet. Just be sure to get a lot of exercise. :)
