If you get hives in the sun, you may have a sun allergy (my sister does). Go to the doctor so they can recommend a skin specialist and an allergist.

If you have issues with burning, be sure to wear a strong enough sunscreen, apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun so it can penetrate skin, and also wear a wide brimmed hat. I wear long sleeves when I can outdoors, a big floppy hat, and carry a parasol (I burn REALLY easily).

If you just want to stay cool, try drinking iced mint tea. Avoid alcohol or drinks with caffeine, as they will just dehydrate you and make you hotter and more prone to sun stroke.

so sunblock or sunscreen would be good. Yeah i do get a heat rash, but it only comes if i start to get or sweat.

It really gets annoying. well i did thought about going to my dermatologist or what you call them. that deal with the skin.

thanks for the info
