Elements

Lots of people say that people can learn to control an element, but how do you do that?

I personally have been able to work with somme elements,,but I have never controled one.

well how do u work with them?

U must learn to control energies.
I recommend chi/ki/qi training.

elements are a very powerful thing. it takes years to start to use them and more years after that to controlle and master them. meditating in the element you want to learn and linking with it is a good start. you need to move and think as it does
