the third eye...

when i was young i could see thing others could not as u grew older everything seemed to fade and now its all gone i think my third eye had closed as i grew older

i want to be able to open it again and ive tryed meditating
but it does not seem to work does anyone have any tips?


also im fairly new to astral projection and i was hopeing for a couple things on that as well

When you are meditating
Focus on the third eye and visiulize opening it!
Imagine it opening slowly...like it was sleepy.
BTW the third eye is located on the lower part of your forehead!
You can also add some ki to it while it's opening!

how do i know when its completly open
i might be dumb for asking but Ki?

I do not know when it's completely opened...my third eye is still in the phase of opening!
Ki is the life force!
You will first need to learn ki projection!
But it is not necesary to give it any ki!!!
You can open it without ki!

Oh...i forgot to say that you can do this technique of pening while it is opening!
It will speed up the process of opening the third eye!

Ki projection sound intresting i will look that up ^^
