How about a spell to temporarly swicth bodies with some one

is tere a spell for mussle gain i'm tired of my musscular friend bragging about how he's a bodie builder!!

fireosprey, I havent ever heard of a safe spell to switch bodies with someone... but at one point my best friend and i were really into shapeshifting and we switched bodies temporarily (it was rather scary and unexpected). What we did was really simple, in order to shapeshift you just look into a mirror in a dark room and concentrate on what you want to shift until it changes in the dim reflection. What we did differently to switch bodies... well we were both looking into the same mirror from opposite sides, and we both decided to change the same thing... the color of our eyes. I wanted to see what I'd look like with ice blue eyes (same color my friend has) and she wanted to see what she'd look like with bright green eyes (my eye color). when we pulled the mirror out from between us we found ourselves looking at our own bodies. Maybe you could try something along those lines, but be careful... shapeshifting draws a lot of negative energy and can be very dangerous.

maddogbeeler, there is a strength spell on this website that works really well. I'm training to join the marine corps. so I performed it on myself to help speed up my training, and I saw a lot of improvement.

yes i also need a muscle spell. im sick of getting beat up because im all weak and skinny

karma is a religous idea and has no groundings in magick....magick has been around since people gained a brain big enough to fear the future.....religion came after that.....

karma is like any other religous concept...it cant be proven true....so to act like its an accepted fact by all is terribly misleading to new magick users.
