last night i have a conscious dream...its that astral travel?

if you was fully aware of yourself then you had a lucid dream(in psychology)or astral projection(in occultism).They are the same.

not really. Lucid dreaming is when your in control of the dream and you know your awake. Astral Projection is when you visit the astral plane during meditation which most of the times ppl do to get there

Do we see color when we do Astral travelling?

I've never seen the astral plane --'
and i only have yet 2lucid dreams --'
Its VERY rare to have a dream to me...and when i have one i cant remember...what can i do to remember the dream?

qwerop u need to practice dream recall so you can remember your dream after mastering it you can do astral projection. but always be wary there are many beings in the astral plane by not being fully prepared u might not (i hope not) return to your body. not only dragons live there but also are spirits and demons i'm not saying this to scare you but that's my advice also negative thinking or being scared in the plane may cause some spirits unto you so be careful ^^
