Kijiji.ca :) I love it. there are no online payments just make an account (if you want, you dont even really have to make one to post an ad) And post a wanted ad in the right section. Make sure you change the city to toronto or places near there. Basically people will make ads with their shiz and you'll make wanted ads and they'll answer yours and you'll answer theirs through email. Don't worry theres no spam mail from this ^^. I love this site and am currently buying my new computer from some1 on there. Brand ne 200$ o.o;

The Occult Shoppe on Vaughan in Toronto has good items. It is run by the Wiccan Church of Canada. You can also attend rituals there.
