Toxic dream

I was looking at one of the fortunes (dream fortunes) and I put in a nightmare I just had (not going to be specific with the nightmare I had on this forum but it was like a horror movie, being trapped at a old woman's house with other kids while we try to escape but she'll murder people who come near us and make us fear her kind of thing. If that even makes sense). Under two keywords, one of the results said Toxic Dream. Can anyone put some extra explanation into what a Toxic Dream is?

Typically when we dream of certain things it means it isweighing heavy on our subconscious. Sometimes the subject of the dream has absolutely nothing to do with what is causing it.

Recurring nightmares are often brought on by some sort of trauma or bad experience that is not being addressed or acknowledged. Try keeping a dream journal and write down as much detail as you can remember. Notice patterns and take noted as often as possible.
