You don't have to believe

You don't have to believe to be able to use magick. It is a part of us. It is the very same that you do not have to believe that you can walk, to be able to do it.
To be able to walk you must learn how to and train leg muscles a bit.
You do not have to believe in magick to make it exist for you.
Magick exists and that is a fact, and to use it you must train, using correct methods. Matter of belief is low to me, aside the matter of training right.

That means - Right methods and hard work.

The key to magick is belief.

What you believe you can not do limits what you can do. What you believe you require limits what you can do without that object. A truly powerful spell caster needs no tools, speaks no chants, and abides by no limitations.

Taken from the post of Linxxus, the Priestess of our coven:

- "If you can believe in your desired results strongly enough, that act is a magical ritual which will achieve your results."

- "Finally, *believe* that your purpose *has* been accomplished"

This all "belief" or "law of attraction" (belief basically attracks by low level thought signal)is to me the weakest form of what we can do. Magick compared to that is much different.
- The practise of "believing" is like practising to control your mind, a good thing - but nothing more - can one day lead you to learning and using powers you probably only see from sci-fi tv channels.

No hard critisism, just a note. I do not practise mind arts anymore, nor spells. Witches and wizards learn to draw their power from plants, herbs and tools around them. But hard for them seems to draw the power from WITHIN them. But that is actually easy if you go down with the arts of Energy manipulation.

The basic - centering, grounding, contracting, expanding, energy creating, mixing emotion with energy, opening chakras, moving your energy out of your body and drawing it from within earth and if desired from people around you -- Can already to a lot, if one cares to try.
I have never liked herb and plant magick (mixing this, that in a cauldron and voila - done), I'd rather practise for years to make a simple bolt of lightning with energy, although it only takes a month or so with everyday training.

You say you dont use spells, yet you speak of using the energies of tools? Yes, i agree with enough energy one can accomplish a "magical" act, be it through strong emotions, constantly thinking about it, etc.
