My name is Miles Mongala, i've been mainly a magic user for about 8 years. I used to be an investigator until caught up in one case, which not only transformed me into half a dragon, but gave me control of the weather. I'm 29, and i live with four others, who share the same fate as me. Two of them aren't even human at all
