I am fairly new to magic and am still finding my feet, but have read Tarot for several years now, a gift that has run through many generations of my family (on my Spanish side). My interest in things magical came via a rather unusual route; through my interest of mathematics and chaos theory. Quite by 'accident' I one day came across a Chaos Magic website and as a result I started to buy books... first Phil Hine, then the more hardcore Peter J. Caroll, and then onto the philosophies of Ramsey Dukes. I am currently practising on my own, I have started to develop some basic ritual skills - a combination of suggested Chaote material, Sigil Magic and some developments in this particular area of my own design. I really would like the opportunity to communicate with others of more experience in order to make further progress although I am well aware that the best way to get good is to practise hard! BTW, Sargantana is Catalán for Lizard....
