Personal Bio
I am the keeper of the Tree Labyrinth at Carrowcrory Cottage near Ballinafad, Co. Sligo, Ireland. We host Labyrinth Open Days and serve days of reflection and local sites activity for visiting tour groups, usually with spiritual, mythology and pilgrimage themes.
I am co-ordinator of Bards In The Woods around Ireland on Sunday afternoons. We combine forest bathing with shared poems, stories and songs and complete our time with the fun of shared picnics.
I am an author, performer, presenter and facilitator of stories, poems, songs and music based on Tree and Woodland Mythology.
