DAILY UPDATE: Having a good day just hanging with friends and keeping things cool. My main focus is Ki energy, I have been practicing Ki for almost 2 years now, I mainly do Ki breathing technics and I am slowly learning how to use Ki for fighting as well. Note: When I talk about using it for fighting, I'm talking about using Ki to reinforce the body to take hits and using it to deliver more force in your hits. I am also wanting to learn linked energy manipulation so please message me if you know anything. I'm not really good at releasing energy for spells but I'm good at harnessing it so any tips would be helpful.
