Let me begin by saying that I have no interest in false claims of power, or any manner of roleplaying or fluff. No, I cannot turn you into a mermaid, or a vampire.
I also do not believe that Magic is so weak and useless as most of those here claim that it is. I do not assume that just because I haven't seen it, it is impossible. That is terrible science, and I practice a scientific approach to Magic.
