|Hey there! I guess I'll start with my name, I'm Austin, 19.
-Does the walker choose the path, or the path choose the walker?-
I'm usually the quiet, reserved type. I can also easily say I'm weird. So I usually just like to do my own thing and keep to myself. But I'm very friendly to anyone and everyone. Oh and for anyone asking, I'm straight.
Overall, not much to say about me. I'm pretty relaxed and easy going. Almost nothing really bothers me. My usual interests are things like video games, anime, reading, nature, music, etc. But I don't feel like writing my life story out here.
Not quite sure what else to add.. I don't really like writing profiles in the first place. You can't judge someone based on a few short paragraphs. Just ask if you want to talk or know anything, it's the easiest way to do it. :)
"When is something truly alive? When it shows an ability to think or an instinct to survive or... when it becomes afraid to die?"
"The only ones who can shoot are those who are prepared to be shot by others."
"Men of war have long known that warriors must often abandon those verities they defend. Peace, human kindness, love...for they hold no meaning to the enemy. And so, to win, do we become what we despise...and despise what we become?"
"Every choice we make denies ten thousand other possibilities."
"On the long road between cradle and grave, we travel alone. It is not the blind and random circumstances of our birth which determine the quality of our journey, that is decided by the choices made along the way."
"Solitude can create both desperation and inspiration."
"In order to survive, we cling to all we know and understand. And label it reality, but knowledge and understanding are ambiguous. That reality could be an illusion."
"We are both ordinary men, driven to seek vengeance under the banner of justice. But if justice is vengeance, then that justice will only breed more revenge. And trigger a cycle of hatred."
"This cosmic dance of bursting decadence and with held permissions twists all our arms collectively, but if sweetness can win and it can...Then I'll still be here tomorrow to high five you yesterday my friends, peace."
The broken remains of civilization lie scattered across the world. Consumed by the fires of madness and chaos. Great towers of glass collapse to dust with the inevitable passing of time. A sky twisted beyond recognition, and the stars align in ways man could not know in their such short time of life. In the alignment comes the rise of eldritch creatures long forgotten to the depths of history. The ancient ones come, the ghosts of the past seeking vengeance both merciless and terrible. They comb the broken bones of man's lesser civilization to survive, unseen and trod upon by awoken gods
That is not dead, which can eternal lie
And with strange aeons even death may die
Darkness descends upon the land to
wrap the world in night's black embrace.
The restless dead stir in their ancient
tombs, and creatures born of shadow rise
to quench their savage hungers. Whispers
echo from the crypt, beckoning with the
promise of a dark desire. And those who
heed their call are forever lost in the night.
From dusk till dawn, beware night's call,
For nightmares rise as shadows fall-
Wolves howl an wail 'neath moonlit skies,
And grim things harken to their cries-
The restless dead and souls forsaken,
From their deathly sleep, awaken-
And things that shun the light of day,
Prowl the night in search of prey-
