#1 - Psi Ball Programming

This exercise is a continuation of the standard Psi Ball exercise.
You may need:

  • You must be comfortable creating psi balls and have enough experience before performing programming.

    To start this you must first create a psi ball. After creating the psi ball imagine a word or phrase flashing inside the psi ball. When you feel like you have succesfully done this, you can throw it at someone. Make sure that you do not intend any harm or this can go the opposite direction.

    This can come in handy if you are having trouble doubting the energy or if you just want to tell someone something without letting everyone else know.


    Another method is in place of text, you can imagine a picture or image. This method works just as well as the text version.
