Stand on or in a circle in a higher ceiling room Chant ''I wish to be tall''Several times while you FOCUS on your desired hieght and the spell.It works over time though.To stop growing FOCUS and say release,to return to a normal hight say release again.Care ful though the taller you are(and the more focus if you don't put enough focus you'll just grow taller)USUALLY the stronger you get.
