Before sleep tonight, call to the ancient healers, spirit guides, and angels. Asked to be enveloped in a ray of healing energy. Visualize this ray surrounding you in the color of its choice.
Focus on your body, beginning with your feet and ending with your head.
Allow each part of your body to relax and yield to this healing ray. Request that the ray remain with you during the night while you drift off to sleep.
In the morning, prepare a glass of healing water by placing in your hands in a triangle, with thumbs and forefingers touching, over the glass.
Visualize healing rays entering the glass, and afterward drink the entire glass of water.
Create and consume a glass of healing water at least eight times per day.
