Cut it so only a very small space shows above the water. Light the candle and say ''Let the flame be the negative will. Let it be gone into the water still.'' Visualize the negativity as the flame of the candle until the flame burns down and is put out by the water. Say now: ''The water represents the purity, let it course through me in unity.'' Dip the index and middle fingers of each hand into the water and dab them onto your chest. Meditate for a while, visualizing the drops of water spreading through your body as a cool white light. When you are filled with the light, open your eyes and let it dissapate. You should feel refreshed and freed from any distressing experiences.
