In order for this spell to work you have to visualize a barrier protecting your mind and thoughts that if anyone tries to get through it will cause them immense pain until they leave your head.
When you are able to visualize this simply chant the following
Protection on my thoughts and mind
To those who are so unkind
Darkness and pain you shall feel
Till you leave my head in order to heal
