Grind the chalk up into powder then put five drops of water drop down form your finger. Mix it with your wand and wait until it drys. After that put the powder into your hands then close your eyes then chant
''Upon who tell such lies,
let tee only tell the truth to me,
if not, they will be curse by me''
Then throw the powder in the air(hight) then get he tips of your fingers wet and throw the little drops in the air.(you must do this fast) Picture who you want to put the spell on then chant.
