Clean the dirty energy from your aura.
Put your hand on top of the spot that you want to heal.
Every 5 times you sweep, grab that dirty energy on the aura and throw it on the floor. It is better to throw it on a bucket of salt water. Keep sweeping on the spot until oneself feels better. Don't sweep it fast, sweep it slowly. The person that you are sweeping might feel the aura moving.
