Lavender or Lemon Balm Tea
1 Dried Rose
Blue Paper
1 White Candle
Blessed Water

Make Lemon Balm or Lavender Tea. Take the blessed water and sprinkle it in the tea while saying Give me sweet dreams a peaceful sleep with this natural tea so mote it be! Then make an envolope with the blue paper, and put the rose inside of it. Then light the candle, and burn the candle while chanting This rose makes a smell only I can tell how it effects me so mote it be! The dried rose will give off a sweet smell. Drink the tea, meditate if you wish, snuff out the candle, and go to sleep. You will have pleasant dreams.
