Items you will need
- 9 silver candles
- large mirror
- lavender oil
- pink quartz crystal

Casting Instructions for ' confidence boosting spell'
|
arrange the candles to form a circle around yourself and the mirror. burn the lavender oil and cleanse the pink quartz crystal. cast a pentacle circle of protection and light all the candles.
As you are sitting in front of the mirror, stare at yourself and recite the following
I love myself, I trust myself, I have confidence in my self.
then energise the crystal and repeat the above eight times.
when you have completed the spell, wear the crystal close to your heart.
leave the candles to burn down safely
