Okay, so start off with 4 white candles, position them in a circle in the directions of north, west, south and east. After focusing your energy into what you want to achieve, chant this:

As this desire come true is what I wish to see
By my birthday, my birth, and the power of three
It is my wil, so mote it be.
Extinguish the candles facing west, south, and east, reflect, then extinguish the north facing candle.
