Make sure it's night time. Facing the moon (must not be the new moon day with no moon), hold a charm while imaging all the elements and your energy filling up in it. Imagine the grass, water from a bottle, air from the air, and fire from a candle. Then say the following;
The gods and goddesses from above
Hear my plea
My skin or bones
Have wrath unknown
Make the hatred and pain that burn so much
They will no longer succeed
