Casting Instructions for ' Headache Banishing Spell'
First, meditate.
Now say this chant,
My head is twisting,
Churning,
Hurting,
Please stop the spinning,
Please stop the burning.
Visualize a pool of very disturbed, rippling, splashing water in your head. Watch it calm, and feel the headache pain ebbing.
