Items you will need
- 3 White Candles
- 1 spoon of Spearmint Leaves
- Hot, Yet Drinkable Water
- 1 Glass

Casting Instructions for ' Protect Yourself From Nightmares'
First Put The Spearmint Leaves into the glass and add the hot water.
Place the three candles in a triangle around the glass, the glass being in the centre.
Chant: I am safe while i sleep, there is nothing to fear, for i now understand, nothing can hurt me in here.
Blow out the candles and drink the water.
You are now safe for one week.
