close your eyes and vizulise your self and with a mask on and black robes on and vizulise the mask slowly disintagraiting and your self awakening wen you awaken vizulise getting up and wings black wings spread out and see another you infront of you with white wings and white robes and then vizulise the one with black wings and black robes entering the normal you and fuseing with the normal you becomeing the same bieng and then vizulise the one with white wings and robes burning in black flames vizulise the new you 1 that is awake with a mask on like the mask out of bleach ichigos hollow mask and black robes with black wings and red eyes with black flames around you and dark mist surrounding you then become one with this and accept it is you and then vizulise the flames and mist bieng abzorbed into the new you and then move the new you around a bit use its dark powers in the vizuliseations and then open you eyes and feel the new you within your self
