Place your hand right above your chest. Imagine floating on a cloud into a deep sleep. Then say the following..

"Dreams be sweet tonite as I lay here, Nightmares be cast away into the night, Don't show your face Dreams be sweet tonite."

When you fall asleep sweet dreams will come.
