Image that there is whit light in you(like a energy)let it moves to your hands.Rub your hands(palms) until they worm up(very warm,your can fell pain but dont give up)then put your hands like holding a little ball(your hands cant touch,but dont distance your hand too much)than after you should after some time be felling a energy that flows from your hand to hand.It is prickly and warm(sometimes cold)
