To start, Light the candle and the incense; rinse your face with warm water and dry. As you pat on the yogurt, say this charm: ''Wholesome food of the ancient ones, ease my tension. Nourish my spirit and my skin; make me fresh again. Blessed be!'' Kick back and relax or soak in the tub. Leave the yogurt on your face for about ten minutes. Rinse with cool water, pat dry.
