I'm a huge believer in the Wicca religion. Even though I was bapicatholic, I believe in both religions and consider myself a Wicca and would like to practice Wicca. Anyway here is my banish nagitve energy spell

Sage

Spell Instructions
To banish Negative Spirits from property.
Spread salt around property while saying I here by banish all negative energy from this property in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ Amen.

To banish Negative Energy from house, light sage and say I here by banish nagitve spirits from my house in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ Amen. Would that spell work to banish negative energy and spirits from house and property work? I came up with that spell myselfm. Would that work?
