One of my past-life sisters is reincarnated on this earth, or as one of my goddesses has told me. I have searched for a while, yet still have no idea who or where she is. I have had visions and dreams of meeting her, and I know what she looks like (mostly).

Does anyone know of a spell to induce a vision of who she is/where she is, or a spell to help find her or get her to contact me? I'm rather desperate.
