I'm looking for a good spell to help someone to gain weight. I'm having a bit of trouble writing one myself so any help or suggestions would be appreciated. What are some herbs or spices that can promote weight gain or influence someone?

Obviously there are non-magical ways to help a person gain weight so this is just something extra. I don't want to get into too much detail but this is for a friend who has trouble just eating so it's not as simple as "just eat a cheeseburger". Thanks.
