Clear the thoughts from your mind, silence, calm, aware, content, your force is your essence, the breath is you guide, focus on the positive energies around you and give them power as they flow into your body, warm, happy, gentle.

Say this in your mind:

I beckon the arcane forces and call them to my aid, I call my guiding spirit to carry me, lighting the path to my destination, May the gods of old an new watch over me in my times of need, and lend power when struggles seem to much.

Say this out loud:

O'honorable gods;
I call to my rite and evoke minds eye to show the truth hidden;

O'honorable gods;
Channel the cord that ties me to you, let it envelope my body mind and soul for I serve thee;

O'honorable gods;
I will release my spirit energy to do good things in this plane, to be a shining example of your wisdom

*close your eyes and envision a closed door within your minds eye, it opens slowly and shines a bright white flash... open your eyes and take
