**WARNING** this is only to be used for other people.

Start with a cup, bottle, or whatever, then:

Grab a small pot and fill it with water. A teapot is preferable, but anything works.

Fill it with water, and let boil. then add three teabags( it needs to be strong) of your favorite tea. EXCEPT FOR CHAMOMILE, PEPPERMINT, OR ANY TEA THAT MAKES YOU SLEEPY!!!

once it seeps, pour it in the cup, bottle, etc. and fill it up about 2/3 of the way. then add 1/6 the bottle/ cup/ etc with pure honey, and the rest with fresh lemon juice.

Then, say these words:
You need the energy more than me,
So take whats mine, and make it yours,
But please take only what you need,
Here you are, so mote it be.
