I know about casting circles and calling the elements to help protect your spellwork and add power to it. But I didn't know if I would need to cast one for spellwork which requires more practical things doing than just visualisation ect. For example I want to do a honey jar spell to help my ex and me become friends but would I need to cast a circle to do this jar spell.
