I've came across to a word "TIME BALL", and I'm researching about it. All I know is that, it has the power to take you to time you wishes, and all other witches in the world will know if someone uses the time ball.

What is Time Ball?
How does it work?
What are the consequences if someone uses it?
Can I make my own time ball?
Where can i find a time ball?
