I'm looking for a spell to help me be more relaxed and efficient when it comes to studying for my Master's degree.
I'm also interested in learning more about meditation, because so far, meditation hasn't worked for me.
I've tried really hard several times and got told I was trying to hard and that's why I wasn't able to let go. :(
